The Russian courses at the Educational and Cultural Center MIR teach the students to understand, to speak and to write in Russian starting from the very first lesson. If the students already possess basic knowledge of the Russian language, our highly skilled teachers (native speakers) help them achieve the next level.
Learning in small groups offers the best value for money. The number of students in such groups is limited to 3 — 6 persons in order to ensure intensive language training right from the beginning. Our specially trained teachers (native speakers) will introduce you not only to the Russian language but also to the culture of the Russian-speaking countries.

TORFL (the test of Russian as a foreign language) is the internationally recognized test to check the level of the Russian language proficiency. The test is conducted within the «Russian National State Testing System» which is the part of the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE). Below you find how the various levels of Russian as a foreign language compare to other European languages:

If you already speak the Russian language and would like to obtain the state certificate, our TORFL preparation program will help you to do so. This course provides the information about test procedure as well as standard questions in lexis, grammar, reading, writing, listening and speaking. The course is taught in small groups.
